About this Project
Claire’s Accessories are a global retailer of fashion and accessories for teenagers and young women. They approached me to rebuild their blog website under the rebrand of ‘Claires Stylebook’.
The Requirement
The old blog website had been produced using a customised blog template theme. Although this had been functional it wasn’t bright and engaging enough for their audience. They needed an up to date design that was both fashionable and fun.
The Solution
The new site uses a combination of clean, modern design and bright colours interspersed with hand-sketched elements to give a youthful fun feel to the site. There is powerful post builder functionality too that enables the authors to easily construct posts with rich elements such as carousels, image grids and YouTube video content. On the fly filtering also enables users to get to the posts they want quickly.
The Feedback
I brought Kim in to build the new blog for Claire’s, and he was a pleasure to work with. Highly creative, efficient and organised, Kim created a blog that turned out even better than we could have hoped for. Cheers Kim!
